Municipal Utility Payments App

Overview

The mobile application was developed for a state-owned housing and utilities provider. Residents could sign in, find nearby service locations, review outstanding utility balances, and move through the bill payment flow. Working in a team of seven - three React Native engineers, one backend engineer, two QA engineers, and one project manager - I focused on the React Native interface, including authentication, balance and payment screens, and location-based service lookup.

Key Responsibilities

• ▹Building reusable React Native components for authentication, utility account details, balance information, payment screens, and service location lists
• ▹Implementing the mobile authentication flow and the related sign-in interface
• ▹Implementing service location search using device GPS, with manual district and address selection available as an alternative
• ▹Displaying outstanding utility balances and the related account information within the mobile application

Achievements
