Job & Freelance Search Platform

Overview

The project was a job and freelance marketplace delivered as an hourly freelance engagement. I worked in a four-person team with a senior frontend engineer, a backend engineer, and a client project manager, focusing on UI implementation and search API integration. Under the guidance of the senior frontend engineer, I built responsive search interfaces with autocomplete, filtering, sorting, and pagination, connected them to backend APIs with Axios, and extended the existing Webpack configuration with the required loaders and plugins.

Key Responsibilities

• ▹Building responsive React components and page layouts from provided designs under the guidance and review of a senior frontend engineer
• ▹Estimating assigned UI tasks and delivering them within the agreed scope and schedule of the hourly engagement
• ▹Building the search interface with autocomplete suggestions, filter controls, result sorting, and paginated job listings
• ▹Connecting search, filtering, sorting, and pagination controls to backend APIs with Axios and rendering the returned job listings
• ▹Extending the existing Webpack configuration with the loaders and plugins required by new interface features
